Angel is a 240 year old vampire cursed
with a soul. His decision to fight for good
was a direct result of seeing the young
Buffy Summers outside Hemery High in
Los Angeles.

He moved to Sunnydale California to wait
for her arrival and was taught by a demon
named whistler.

Angel has been a very big part of Buffy's life from
the moment she arrived in Sunnydale.
Angel decided to move onto Los Angeles and
continue his fight for good there.

The spark is still there when he is reunited at time to time with Buffy.
